3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

4. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the request within 48–72 hours
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid
- Notify you once the content has been removed
- Contact the content uploader if applicable
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its original URL
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court
- Your electronic or physical signature
6. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access or content rights of users who repeatedly infringe or are believed to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
